Arsene Wenger has given Arsenal five elements – which are rarely mentioned together by the media, but which are central to the Arsenal of the 21st century. One or two get a passing nod from time to time, but it is the combination of all five that makes Mr Wenger the ultimate genius of world football. It is important to see all five together.

So self-centred is the UK media that not only does it not mention all the Wenger issues of communication, and tends only to mention scouting on a negative and ultimately racist basis about how he is keeping English lads out of jobs.
